| We are fortunate to have Debbie organise AR for us in Austin. Her enthusiasm and passion is contagious and she capably herded the cats that are the AR community in Austin into Austin Adventure Racers; such that we now have a thriving, cohesive community; whereas before we were more scattered. She has provided and nurtured the focal point. Not without considerable effort, largely unsung, and cost on her part. So what? To build upon this success and ensure our longevity through the coming years, two things (1) USE the sponsors, they are hard to find and look for a return on their investment so do please use them (not 'somebody from AAR' will use them, you use them) and (2) know that Debbie is an experienced realtor, a professional in her field and highly competent. If you are a realtor or you have a blood or marriage relative who is a realtor then you have a good excuse, if not- I urge you strongly to support the one who shares your passion for this sport, has been there for you and who has brought this successful AAR together. Now don't just use Debbie for those reasons alone, but also because she is actually good at what she does, too. Her phone should be ringing off the hook..... |
